安装基本步骤:

1. 新建数据库;
2. Genesys Configuration Server;
3. Genesys DBServer (默认端口为: 4040);
4. Genesys Database Initialization(进行数据库的初试化,运行相关的数据库脚本);
5. Genesys Message Server (进行相关日志数据库的操作时需要,可选操作步骤);
6. Genesys Configuration Manager (第一次登陆的用户名为: default ,口令为: password);
7. Genesys Common Wizard Manager(安装向导,每一张安装光盘根目录下的安装程序);
8. 下面的安装步骤,可以按照 Wizard 的提示进行,通过向导选择安装的模块,Wizard本身不会进行安装,需要到硬盘相应的目录下选择安装程序进行安装;

安装注意事项:

1. 安装完Genesys Configuration Server后需要手动配置一个配置文件 confserv.cfg,其中配置文件的内容和格式如下;
2. 安装某个Switch 的TServer后,需要手动在Configuration Manager的[Resources]下的Switches选中相应的Switch,在属性窗口中的   [Security]中添加一个用户 System,权限为 Full Control;
3. 配置OutBound Contract时需要先配置Agent Group,且需要在Agent Group的[Advanced]页面中添加关联的 DN(一般为 ACD Queue);
4. 在配置Call Center Plus的相关统计信息, 需要从相关 OutBound Contact Solution或Enterprise Routing 的光盘中选择导入相关模板文   件;
5.若需要某一个登陆用户可以在Call Center Plus中定义新的模版，需要在配置程序中(Configuration Manager)的[Person]->[Rank]->添加对Call Center Plus的Administrator的操作权限;
